Reservation
We suggest to book your treatments in advance so we can reserve your desired time & treatment. To make a reservation please contact our Beauty & Spa +39 0832 525700 or send an e-mail to spa@hgilecce.com.
Arrival
To make your relaxing spa experience unique, please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time so you can receive all our best attention, enjoying a cup of our special infusion.
Late arrival
If the client is not available at the programmed time, the treatment in any case will end according to the scheduled time to avoid delays to the next customer; however the client can request the staff an extension according to the service organization in line with program tariffs.
Cancellation
Appointments for massages or treatments may be cancelled or modified up to 8.00 pm the day prior to the appointment without any penalty.
What to wear
We kindly ask you to come with swimsuit. When you will arrive at the Wellness Centre, you will be given a comfortable towel. We recommend to leave your valuables and jewels in your room or in the locker of the changing room. We do not assume any responsibility for them.
Comfort Kit with robe and slippers € 10,00.
Relax
We request that mobile phones and personal communication devices be turned off while in the spa so that you and our guests may experience a relaxing spa environment.
Preferences
Please inform the therapist of your preferences about the level of pressure of the massage, the type of music or the room temperature you prefer to make your Spa Experience wonderful.

In room treatments are available with an extra charge. For information please contact directly the Beauty & SPA.
Safety
Please notify our spa consultants if you have any medical conditions that may be affected by our services. These include allergies, high blood pressure, or physical ailments. Please tell us if you are pregnant so that we may provide you with the proper guidance, care, and comfort you need.

Many of the cosmetics used for the beauty and wellness treatments are available in packages suitable for personal use, to continue the spa vibe at home.
